HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Pausing your account with Marketing Beaver requires a $10/month management fee.

If you choose to keep your Marketing Beaver phone number(s) active while paused, an additional charge of approximately $2.50/month per number will apply. This ensures your numbers remain secure and available, as they are managed through a third-party phone system. Charges will appear as a credit top-up based on your billing settings.

If you do not wish to retain these numbers during the pause, you can release them. Once released, they may become available to other businesses.

To release a number, go to Settings > Phone Numbers inside your Marketing Beaver account and click β€˜delete’ next to the number you no longer need.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL INSTEAD OF PAUSING?

If you choose to cancel your subscription instead of pausing it, your account will be permanently deleted.

This includes all of your data, funnels, campaigns, phone numbers, and custom settings β€” and it cannot be recovered later, even if you return.

HOW DOES PAUSING WORK?

When you pause your account, all of your data β€” including contacts, funnels, automations, and settings β€” is securely stored.

You can remain paused as long as needed without losing anything. When you're ready to come back, just reach out to our support team to reactivate your account.
